Guo Lab Research Interests

I am interested in the new technologies used in engineering the mouse genome which include: using the Cre-loxp system for conditional genome alteration; recombineering in BAC to generate targeting constructs, and using RNAi transgenic ES cells or transgenic mice to generate knockout phenotype. We want to be on the leading edge of testing these technologies and making them available to the UConn Health Center research community.
